Most bookies got odds up for next week (w/c 18th) Outlaw and Cactus tournaments .
I think it's a case of the bleedin' obvious on this tour. Despite the odds Carlota Ciganda is a must bet this week. She has been locked down in Arizona and has been practising:

Have backed at average odds of 2.60 on Betfair (trusting no late stellar entries - perhaps unwisely :> ).

West Florida Golf Tour has the dreaded one day tournament tomorrow

Only thing of interest to me is if Jazz Janewattananond [5-1] continues to improve as he gets ready for the main tour next month

In the Women's be interesting if there is a "Without" market

Though Ciganda is the class act there is no doubt in my mind that the most exciting player in the field is 16 year old amateur Amari Avery

Already a winner on the Cactus tour, and when Carlota won on this tour 3 months ago...this young girl was only a couple of strokes back in 3rd

Each Way @ 16-1 [Bet 365]..18-1 with SpreadEx

Hi PW ^/ . Amari was 9 shots back having been 2 ahead after the 1st round when I think Carlota was pretty rusty. However, maybe Amari could be one for a spreads leaderboard index with the top 8 counting. A girl who has played this course well and reached 10 under (losing in a play-off) was Riley Rennell.

yes sorry mate I was looking at the final round scores when she was 3 behind Carlota who actually Won by 7 shots..then Amari won by 2 the following week

Incidentally both those tournaments had the highest purses of the Cactus tour season, though both were held in California where the youngster lives

Hard luck PW , but as you pointed out , these 18 hole tournaments are a bit of a lottery . My pick finished 11th.

Outlaw Tour ... John Greco for me . Played well last week and looking at past results he was 5th in this last year.. 70/1

PW . Skybet now have the betting w/o first 3 favs. Avery is 9/2
I notice in first round of the Outlaw that our pick from a few weeks ago is leading , Sam Triplett.

She is pretty good for a 16 year old.
Same tours next week , Cactus and Outlaw , in fact Unibet already got odds for the Cactus.

:cheers .

Very good spot with Amari Avery :thumbs - must have a great temperament to come back so well from her indifferent 2nd round. Definitely will go on to big things in the future on the LPGA.

Agree as finished 2nd round with a double bogey.

Only player alongside Ciganda who had a final round in the 60's

Tomorrow night [8pm] is "The Match"

Where Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson go head to head accompanied each by a famous NFL Quarterback!

It is for charity, but betting wise a bit of a joke format...as we found out in similar style last week when my bet on Fowler/Wolff lost even though the pair finished the match 1 up {8

But its Live on Television, so as I would never back Woods at odds on will have a small play on Mickelson/Tom Brady to win @ 7-4
