Cheers, lads :cheers .

My first L15 has Mount Tabora 12/1, Southern France 12/1, Fascino 16/1 and Oceanex 25/1

Second one has Purple Sector 17/1, Holyfield 10/1, Vegadaze 9/1 and Mask Of Time 10/1.

For the place element I've gone with the Aussie tote place getting the best place dividend from the three national totes. The win prices are Fixed Win with the proviso that the final Official Price will apply if greater.

I hadn’t even looked at the names of the horses. There’s some decent ones in there.

Racenet.com.au is a decent read for aus racing.

Other than the Melbourne cup I have never had a bet in an Aussie race, thanks to Rusty I have used that site & just picked a race at Random.

Ascot 9.50 ( basically because I know I'll be awake by then :lol )

One Short 13/1

All I have done is try to read how horses ran in their races & it seems Short comes with a wet sail in its races, won a much weaker race last time but in this grade over C & D seems to find some trouble & can't quite get to the principles, possibly be the same again tomorrow but maybe with a little luck it could be involved in the finish, looks like its been nibbled a little bit with the bookies so worth a small ew play.

At the end of the day I'm basically guesssing ;-)

Oi oi, Nick. It’s not often I wake up to a nice profit. Two 10/1 winners, lovely jubbly.

Thankfully you have them in the same lucky 15, so the very best of luck with Mask Of Time. '#

Something went wrong with Sky+ recording at the end so only just found that Mask Of Time was 2nd. Don't know if it was close or not. Would have been a real KABOOM if he had won.

Thankfully all the goodies came in the same L15 that paid the equivalent of 13.35/1 on amount staked :) .

One Short 5th of 16 beaten two lengths but was front rank all the way round probably cos of the wide draw so coming from the back got that completely wrong {8

Cheers, Boots and unlucky with One Short. I found that Marquand's last one was beaten a head *, .

Idle minds etc, but I've had a look at the trotting card at Solvalla since our bookies have priced up and theoretically may have made a few ricks. I looked at a Swedish site (ATG Swedish Racing) that is in English. I read their summary tips/reviews for each race and wrote down a horse for each of the 12 races. I then compared the prices from 4 bookies (Coral, Racebets, sky and Paddys who have priced up - did it "longhand" as Oddschecker do not have Solvalla). I stress that I know absolutely nothing about Swedish trotting myself and have only staked £22 as set out below (apologies for mentioning stake, Col - don't want to cause a "Domino effect" ;-) :> ).

In race 8 American Hill is 6/4 with Paddys and evens or odds on with the others.
In race 10 Paddys have Strong Heartbeat 4/6 whereas Racebets are 7/4 and Coral 6/4. This is ATG Sweden's banker of the meeting.
In race 4 Racebets have Dontloseallthemoney at 9/1 with the others between 4/1 and 6/1.
In race 2 Coral are 100/30 about Certainly with 5/2 best elsewhere.
In race 1 Racebets are 15/1 about Martha Zon with the others between 10/1 and 12/1
In race 6 King Of Everything is no kind of price at 1/3 but is markedly better at 9/20 with Racebets where I have had a modest ew yankee:

13.45 Martha Zon 15/1
14.53 Dontloseallthemoney 9/1
15.42 King Of Everything 9/20
17.20 Strong Heartbeat 7/4

Just got out my Pitt and seen this this. It wasn’t easy to find the result of the first race, but I did eventually. Nice second. Good luck with the rest.

3 placed with the well-named second one letting the side down. Returned £14.38 (65%) of the stake. Must try and find some turtle racing in Samoa for the next venture :lol .

Very unlikely there will be any racing anywhere, so no point in starting threads.
I'll leave this one on the board, for whenever anyone spots anything.

If anyone else (like me) is checking the Australian racing to see when/whether Tom Marquand is riding again, sadly he has picked up a suspension, as this extract from Racing Post on 28th March confirms:

But Marquand will have to wait to add to his Australian tally as he said: "I got a three-day ban the other day. But there are only two days' racing a week so it's wiped me out of Wednesday, Saturday and Wednesday and my next rides will be in a fortnight."

Hope everyone's keeping well

22:45 Will Rogers Downs

Knox Court 8/1

Jockey 5 from last 7 all at the track, two of those for this trainer, interesting for one this price that nearly 500 of the £600 pounds matched on the exchange have been for this horse so probably worth a small dabble at the price.

Have found 5 horses from Will Rogers Downs and Fonner Park who look very well in on official ratings. Have put in a very small win canadian (only 70p unit stake):

7.15 Will Rogers Downs Tiago's Song 10/11
9.15 Will Rogers Downs Porsumsugaronme 7/2
10.15 Will Rogers Downs Champagne's On Ice 15/8
10.54 Fonner Park Ticker 11/8
1.36 Fonner Park Bandwidth 7/2
