Morning,

Good ol' Gay Kelleway made a bold statement after what I can only assume is a couple of bottles of LPR, and it went something like this :

"I don't care what the big boys turn up with, my horse will win"

Soooo, looks like we've all got to get on Global Esteem in the 2.50 Leicester !

My £30 ew is on.

make of it what you wish :lol

Morning Twis and thanks for the info.

Do you know I had to look up LPR on Google? It came up with Laryngopharyngeal Reflux where the acid from your stomach comes back up to your throat. Well that normally happens after a few bottles so I ruled that out....

The next one I looked at was a cocktail - Liquid Pants Remover - but I'd always heard rumours she swings the other way so you may well have been wasting your time buying her those!

I finally decided it had to be that old staple, the Laurent Perrier Rose! Guaranteed to get tongues wagging and I guess at 150,000 guineas she's gonna big the horse up!

Best of luck, I'll have a nibble and let's hope he's the real deal.

Carlovian - 4.00 Catt 10/1

Carlovian didn't quite get in a blow here two runs back on soft ground, has fast ground form & has won over seven at the track, key here maybe Jason Hart being back on, has ridden it to a win before now but has some decent stats at this track & that makes it worth an ew play.

Fillydelphia - 3.00 Catt 66/1

Firstly Mr Sundowner is in the same race which I put up last time but not keen on this jockey, not sure she really had complete control of the horse yet only beaten 4 lenths so maybe a small back to lay in the race as bound to be prominent again, Filly is basically been a disappointment for a couple of seasons now with the odd fair effort thrown in when out of the hcp, only two career wins both at the track with today's jockey on board, maybe she can cajole something better, will be at the back & chances are it will probably stay there but not out of the question it could run on & sneak a place today & certainly worth a small play at least on the exchange to do exactly that.

Yes.... good run.
Knowing her (not intimately of course), she'll be gutted not getting the win, she fancied it.
But 25/1 place.... (more for some on Betfair :thumbs ) , I'd take anyday.

15:50 Lei - Fantastic Blue 7/4 0.5pt

Beat Starfighter at Wdr last time over 11.5f (not Ripon as the TF Summary states) and that one won for us last week, so the form looks solid, esp as Starfighter's trainer stated pre-race he thinks his horse stays 12f.

Stoute's (beaten at 4/11 in a Novice 2 runs back) looked one paced on his last two runs. Wolf Prince might turn out to be quite decent having met a hot horse last time but might want easier ground than he'll get tomorrow. Matewan very nearly won at Carlisle 3 runs back, then did at Ripon last time, so the handicapper has been generous, with the horse only 3lb higher than Carlisle and rates the main danger.

7/4 is a bit tight really. I'll have another 0.5pt if there's something over 2/1 available tomorrow.
FH, I thought sure it got beat!

Great result actually, cos he might not go up more than 1-2lb and can go again in a pacier race.

I was watching it on B365 and they cut the transmission just as the photo result was coming though; galling!

Ta guys
Indian Pursuit came to challenge then faded away, quite disappointing.

Few for tomorrow I will post as and when

Roman Spinner - 6.30 Kemp 11/2

Lowest mark for some time & wide draw wont be a problem for this hold up horse, runs here off 65 with the claimer up & considering it won here less than a year back off 75 its one to note.
