Forex Trading On Puntersmate

Post by Col » Mon Jun 24, 2019 7:59 pm

If you had been reading the previous thread you will know that I ceased trading with AFT for various reasons, which I won't go into again, but they are all discussed on the other thread.
I've decided to use another Expert Advisor whose programmers have been developing the highest quality trading products for more than 10 years

The guys behind this venture actually invited me to join AFT and over the last weeks and months have expressed concerns about how it was being run.
So they decided to do something themselves. They have bought an unlimited commercial licence for an EA (full rebranding/reselling rights).

The EA trades at a base lot size of 0.01 per $7,000 AUD balance or equivalent.
This works out to about £3,800 gbp, 4,300 eur or $4,800 usd,

I've just been connected to this today, so I'll give it a couple of days and come back with some more information

A little bit more information about this.

The EA is called LBF Platinum
If you want to compare it to the previous project that I was with, they were the martingale, this is the steady drip.
Entry to this group is in the early stages, and it's by invitation only. There is no affiliation link here, I have nothing to gain by signing up members.
The way I see it, if I am making money, then I'm happy to share the information on here for Puntersmate members.

As I said, this is a group that hasn't been going long, so I don't have results going back for any length of time.
You can judge the results on here, and through my live trading link

Minimum investment is £3800
Funds are held with ASIC regulated broker OliveFX.
Unlike the last project, there are no server fees
Monthly 20% performance commission is automatically deducted from your trading account by the broker.
So no monthly invoices

I'll do a running total at the end of every trading week
Any questions feel free to ask.

Hi gawa
As before it's the EA (Expert Advisor) that does the trading. You don't have to do anything yourself.

Allow yourself a little peek at how the trading went today.
The daily profit doesn't include the two hours before midnight when the markets opened, but this week line does.

Ooh, teasing us now Col! :lol

Nice start, to say the least.

Can't quite get my head round the opening post though, in terms of the back story. Must admit I'd seen the "back to lay" name feature quite early on when you started posting about Forex trading. Were you directed to the original platform while this one was being set up, i.e. the guys who are running this now initially recommended the previous platform?

One of the guys that runs Layed Back Forex I have worked with before. He told me about AFT and introduced me.
Through time he was having the same concerns as me about the way the project was being run, so he and his partner, who is a forex trader, started this other project.

He then got in touch again and explained his project, by that time I had decided that I didn't want to go any further with AFT
Hope that's a bit clearer.

:thumbs Just remembered the name from earlier on.

Hopefully there'll be less scope for unwanted dramas now then, as sounds like you're on a platform where you've got confidence in, and knowledge of, the people running it.

What's your strategy here for bank growth/taking of profit, or are you going to just see how things pan out for a while?

I had a bit of a cockup when I deposited funds through bank transfer. I opened a GBP account with OliveFX, then I done a bank transfer. My bank in their wisdom seen that it was going to Australia and converted it to AUD. when it reached Oz, Olive wouldn't accept it because it was a GBP account so they converted it back. So I got stung twice at terrible rates. :(

So I'm going to withraw some of that back, then I'll just see how it goes. :thumbs

Less than four hours before trading gets under way again, lets hope for a good week. :)

I know that anyone reading this has only been watching for a couple of weeks, and you can't really get a grasp of this in such a short time, but I feel I should mention that this EA is going to be limited to places.
Well not so much places, as total investment. The total investment in the EA at this point is $1.2 Mil AUD. When it gets to around $2.5 Mil AUD the membership will be closed.
Any new invites after that will go on a waiting list.

If you want to keep an eye on the investment figure and followers, you can read it here.

What investnment level would this relate to?

Surely that is based on the minimum investment of AUD6900 given the near 36% ROI?
