Morning lads :)

Going forward I'm going to keep £3500 in the account and bank anything above that at the end of each month.
As before all P/L will be recorded as well as any fees paid. :thumbs

I think there has been plenty of criticism of this venture over the page, So it's only fair that we leave this page clear, and let the results speak for themselves.

Trading results for February with a bank around £3500

M - 04/02/2019 - Closed Trade P/L: + 15.18
T - 05/02/2019 - Closed Trade P/L: + 6.87
W - 06/02/2019 - Closed Trade P/L: + 12.10
T - 07/02/2019 - Closed Trade P/L: + 2.16
F - 08/02/2019 - Closed Trade P/L: + 3.32

Week one + 39.63

No trading Saturday/Sunday
It's also worth noting that these excellent results are despite the guys running at reduced risk settings in this period of uncertainty.

Very interesting stuff col and I will be watching with interest! I may well throw a grand in myself if your results remain consistent! Any investment should only be undertaken with money that you can afford to lose so no putting your entire life savings on the line! I too am aware of the millions of scams out there but your first 3 months with these guys seem to have gone pretty well.

A little information about the live trading view, as it doesn't actually give the bigger picture.
If you bring up the profit graph, it shows that I joined in on Nov 15th and up until today my profit is around £260

But if you follow the graph up to December 10th there was virtually no trading again until Jan 14th
They stopped trading on Dec 10th for a variety of reasons, Brexit uncertainty, then it was considered unsafe when the financial institutions closed down at the end of the year, then we got into the new year, and there was more brexit votes.

So for a long time there was no trading, that puts a different perspective on the profits gained.
Anyway, on Jan 14th we got going again, and have been running since, albeit on reduced risk.

Looking good col, nice to have a bit more live info so we can follow your progress - everything seems to be going great so far, it's not an easy game to get right so the team are performing very well in my opinion. Do you pay the server and commission separately each month as you stated that the traders do not directly access the funds in your account?

Yeah you get billed twice charlie, at the start of each month.
One is for 20% of the profits made the previous month, and the other is £15 server fee for the coming month.
You lump them both together and pay that by bank transfer. I'm sure you get seven days to pay it.

There's not been any trades today, and with the risk of any new ones opened being left all weekend, I don't think there will be.
So we'll tally up for the last two weeks.

I must say it's looking amazing so far, surely there will be losing days so I'm interested to see how they deal with a bad run - if that doesn't happen I can see myself making an investment too!

I'm involved in something similar myself which I was introduced to by an IFA friend of mine, not that it's a regulated product mind I hasten to add.

The group I'm involved with pay a flat 3% per month 'dividend' for want of a better word.

Been going for over 12 months now and so far paid every month.

Of course, there is the chance I'm just in a giant Ponzi scheme and so far they've just been returning my own money ;x;

So, as with all previous comments, only commit to what you can afford to lose.

Watching this one with interest too, see if it out performs 3%.......

3% does sound a lot better than 20%, presume it's only on profits gained like col's investment? The main thing I like about col's one is that your money is deposited to a reputable company and not entrusted to any individual(stranger) which would certainly make me sleep a lot easier every night as you know it's not all going to disappear overnight which is a real problem with a lot of these investment scams you read about all the time.

I think he means 3% is the return each month, not the fee. So he's getting 3% each month (presumably compounded if he leaves it invested). Presumably, if they generate a bigger return on his funds then they keep it. Hard to compare one with the other unless you look back on a year or so.

Ah right, I must have read it wrong harry - so muske, you hand you grand or however much to a third party and they pay you 3% per month with no other fixed fees? Of course the risk is having a bad run or of the third party disappearing with eveyones' money I guess...

Correct Charliepie, a flat 3% paid each month to me and no fees.

There is a little more to it for "some" security, but I don't want to get bogged down in the details of that, I'm not touting for business with it. Just wanted to offer another story on Col's thread that these opportunities exist and not everyone is a scam.....

Plus I was introduced by a personal (IFA) friend, so the group are not a complete unknown to me.

Obviously none of that actually completely stops them from simply disappearing. By the same token though I had Carillion shares and look how that turned out :lol

Was surprised by this at the time and was wondering if this was still your plan Col?

Can't help thinking if I'd decided to invest in this and was seeing the returns so far I'd be inclined to keep my money working and at least let it run until it had doubled, then review whether to take some out? Appreciate that might seem odd coming from someone who expressed the views I did but I'm just looking at it from your viewpoint. Much depends on where £3.5k sits on the scale from "spare change" to "life savings" but if this was money I could afford to take a bit of risk with I'd let it ride a bit more than that, just to let the wonders of compound interest do their work!

I'm probably over-cautious when it comes to investment choices but when I do commit I tend to see it as being for the medium to long term.

That comment above was posted as a result of the comments that I read on page one of this thread. :lol
I had even started doubting my own judgement.

No, I'm now comfortable where my money is, and it's working well.
So it will be staying in. :thumbs

Wow! I don't know how these guys are doing it, they must be geniuses! Hope this continues col, especially if I join in at some point! Thanks for the explanation muske, so you get back £30 odd each month which is a decent rate of return compared to a regular savings account...
