Tonight: 10:35-11:35pm BBC 1

"Usain Bolt: The Fastest Man Alive....

Profile of the Jamaican athlete, who will be hoping his performance at London 2012 will see him become the first man ever to retain the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay Olympic titles. The documentary follows Bolt over the past 12 months as he prepares for the most important races of his life, and features some of the people who have helped him sprint to the top of his profession, including friends, relatives and Jamaican national coach Maurice Wilson"

I can't help but like the guy. I'd be rooting for him, but with some slow starts from the blocks lately I am not so sure I care bet on him.

Those of you going home via the M4 can watch it on Iplayer. :)

Cheers jock :)

Talking of iplayer.

Whenever you feel the need to grumble about UK Television, think again.

You know when you come home late, and run through the sky or cable, then say there's nothing on.
Well here in oz, that is the case all the time. a total absence of the quality that we are used to.

Which got me thinking, I'll do some catch up on iplayer
sadly it's blocked, to anyone outside the uk .

Anyone know how to bypass that.

Col: Using Google I found out that you have to fiddle with the Proxies. Search using 'Proxying around BBC Iplayer geo restrictions'. This is actually what this Site http://dabase.com/e/04052/ calls it, but the search also uncovers some other results (using other countries).

Good luck. :thumbs

On now, C4 Dispatches Britain's High Street Gamble. Seems to be about the proliferation of betting shops and the use of "FOBTs".

Should anyone out there share my liking for freshly made bread then tonight's episode of 'The Great British Bake Off' should appeal. 8pm BBC 2.

If you really want to go the whole hog without leaving your couch then this spray may appeal. :) http://sensorydecisions.com/fresh-bread ... ance-spray Readers will note that on the right hand side of that link there are other sprays available.

Am I the only one who waits for Vitali Klitschko – Manuel Charr boxing game. :)

The heavy-weight games are a guarantee for an amazing show.

I wondered if that might happen. Will have to watch Gareth Malone instead!

Any thoughts on the Beeb's 'Hunted'? The makers did 'Spooks' which I used to thoroughly enjoy.

Great stuff! :) I'm happy for all those connected after the delays last week. Some great photos from the experience. Humbling - as Baumgartner says.

Part 3 tonight. I'm reading a blog that previews the episode "Punch, kick, thwack, kerpow! Bit of pouting." summing it up as "glorious tosh". True. Melissa George is an easy on the eye fit looking bird, but this is not 'Spooks'. I'd continue with it - on Iplayer.
